HYROX Doubles Simulation

Step into the world’s fastest-growing fitness competition ... HYROX. Join us at 1st Phorm HQ for an exclusive HYROX Doubles Simulation. Whether you’re chasing the podium or testing yourself against the HYROX standard, this event is designed to push you and your partner to the next level.

This is NOT an Official HYROX race, it is an event put on by 1st Phorm, which is a HYROX Affiliate.

Therefore, the HYROX Doubles Simulation will not be identical for race day, as nothing can replace that energy, and some equipment/movements/weights will be slightly different than what’s used on race day.

With that, there will be 3 classes to choose from: Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles. Please review the weights/standards for each division, as they will fall somewhere between open and pro HYROX weights.

Farmer’s Carry (200 m) 35 lb Kettlebells
Sandbag Lunges (100 m) 30 lb Sandbag
Wall Balls (100 reps) 14 lb Wallball

1st Phorm Men’s Doubles
Sled Push (50 m) 390 lb Sled
Sled Pull (50 m) 250 lb Sled
Farmer’s Carry (200 m) 53 lb Kettlebells
Sandbag Lunges (100 m) 50 lb Sandbag
Wall Balls (100 reps) 20 lb Wallball

1st Phorm Mixed Doubles
Sled Push (50 m) 280 lb Sled
Sled Pull (50 m) 200 lb Sled
Farmer’s Carry (200 m) 53 lb Kettlebells
Sandbag Lunges (100 m) 50 lb Sandbag
